2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Sedan Trunk
Description
Introduced in 1991 as the pinnacle of Pontiac's W-body lineup, the GTP trim continued to represent the marque's performance aspirations into the seventh generation (1997-2003) of the Pontiac Grand Prix. This performance variant distinguished itself with a supercharged 3.8-liter V6 engine producing 240 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The GTP also boasted "performance shift” mode, 16-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, and aggressive styling cues including a rear spoiler and dual exhausts. Inside, leather seating, OnStar, and a graphic equalizer with a six-speaker sound system set it apart from the more modest SE and GT trims. These performance and luxury additions made the GTP trim a compelling option for drivers seeking a blend of practicality and sportiness in their family sedan.
