Watch how GTO engineering handcrafts sumptuous Ferrari parts

GTO Engineering

GTO Engineering, the genius artisans who created the Ferrari 250 GT SWB Revival and the Project Moderna, have provided a sneaky peek inside the Berkshire, U.K. factory where its restoration parts for classic Ferrari models are made.

The company “believes that it’s the parts that keeps each car special; from engines to gearbox casings, hoses and rubbers, to wheels and suspension,” and creates new components from original drawings, using modern CAD/CAM alongside traditional handcrafting.

The short film is essentially engineering porn, complete with jazzy soundtrack, but does give a good indication of the breadth of skills on offer at the British Ferrari specialist. You’ll also catch a glimpse of some of GTO Engineering’s recent projects including a Ferrari Lusso, a 365 GT4 BB, an F40 an a 599 GTO.
