New Nürburgring-themed Monopoly makes do with 4 corners, not 154

Proving once again that the Nürburgring provides fun for the whole family, the track’s management launched a Nürburgring edition of Monopoly, featuring an F1 car, a tire, a helmet, a wheel gun, a trophy, and what appears to be a support truck as figurines. As Road & Track’s board game enthusiasts pointed out, this is the second edition of the Nürburgring Monopoly—the first one, featuring classic cars, is now out of production.

In this second edition, with each of the 8 individual figurines, you can save up your fake money to build one of the 32 white tribunes or 12 red stadiums, after having purchased corners like Flugplatz, Metzgesfeld, Galgenkoff, or the most famous of them all, the punishing Karussell:

Costing roughly $50 plus shipping, this Nürburgring Monopoly is only available in German, which is great news for those who speak the language that gave us doppelkupplungsgetriebe, or others who wish to learn it through a racing-themed board game at a fast pace.

And don’t forget: You can always jump it at Pflanzgarten II, but be careful with your entry angle.
