New look for 2021 Kia Stinger
Kia is giving the Stinger a might more muscle for 2021. At least when it comes to its appearance that is.
Just-released photos of the South Korean version of the fastback sports sedan show revised LED headlights and daytime running lights which appear slightly darker when they’re switched off. At the rear the upgrades are more obvious with a full-width light bar and new combination lamps which include turn signals made up of ten LEDs in a racy checkered flag pattern. Opt for the 3.3-liter twin-turbo V-6 (why wouldn’t you?) and you’ll also get a bigger-bore exhaust and special rear diffuser.
North America is being promised a Black Package with 19-inch matte black alloys and a new rear spoiler, along with black mirrors, and side fender trim.
Inside, the changes are minimal, with a smattering of chrome around the instrument cluster and a new selection of carbon fiber and aluminum trim for the center console. Mood lighting offers a choice of 64 different hues and Nappa leather in black, red or beige is introduced.
There’s no word on any powertrain upgrades just yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
