Morgan’s new Plus Six configurator demands a coffee break

The 335-horsepower Morgan Plus Six is built on a brand-new bonded aluminum chassis that is set to be the backbone of Morgan’s future lineup. Equally important is that, under the traditionally long hood of the roadster, you find BMW’s turbocharged B58 engine (also shared with the Toyota Supra). The modern and highly integrated nature of this powertrain meant Morgan had to make due with the Germans’ futuristic shift knob as well, which may look out of place in a British roadster but could also be seen as the perfect conversation starter about the good ol’ days.

If you’d like to see what can be customized on a Plus Six around that BMW shifter, hit their new configurator right here.

Sixteen exterior colors, four wheel options, and at least eleven shades of leather that can be stitched three ways and in seventeen colors… And that’s before we get into the question of veneer and whether or not you want a polished and clear-coated hood on your Plus Six.

Take a break from the mill, go wild over at Morgan’s, and share your best (or worst) specifications with us below!
