1971 Lamborghini Miura SV (2,022 likes) – Former Lamborghini test driver Valentino Balboni says “the experience of driving a Miura is difficult to put into words. It’s a huge feeling to have the [V-12] engine behind your ears. It is one complete unit – car and driver work in sync. It’s so precise. You feel like you are part of the car.” We chatted with Balboni and admired this pre-production 1971 Lamborghini Miura SV at the Amelia Island Concours in March. The car was originally displayed at the 1971 Geneva International Motor Show.

1963 Volkswagen Type 2 Super Deluxe Microbus (1,470) – Last year for the highly desirable 23-window version, this 1963 Volkswagen Type 2 Super Deluxe Microbus – along with a rare 1967 Eriba Puck camper in matching colors – sold for $159,500 at RM Sotheby’s Amelia Island (Fla.) auction in March.

1958 Edsel Pacer (1,131) – The one-year-only 1958 Edsel Pacer was equipped with a 303-hp, 361-cid OHV V-8 engine. Advertising claimed, “Only Edsel gives you 1958’s most talked-about, most exciting styling – with America’s first jet-grille design.”

1967 Sunbeam Tiger (1,127) – On display at Hagerty headquarters in Traverse City, Mich., is the 1967 Sunbeam Tiger Mk II that took 140 company employees 18 months to restore. The Carnival Red roadster – powered by a 289-cid V-8 – was unveiled at the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance in March. The 1930 Ford Model A in the background is a previous employee restoration project.

1966 Ford Mustang (1,124) – This 1966 Ford Mustang at last week’s Hagerty employee Cars and Caffeine event has been in the same family since new. It served as the college driver for each of the clan’s three now-grown children.
Best of the rest – The car, the exotic location, the tree, the colors. Scanning the thousands of automotive posts on Instagram that aren’t on @HagertyClassicCars, we loved this one from @petrolicious (apparently shot by @royal77) featuring a 1960s Alfa Romeo Giulietta parked near the ocean in Palermo, Sicily. Yes, please!
