Photo Gallery: The Great Race 2015
The 2015 running of the Great Race has come to an end, after crossing the country on Rt. 66 from Kirkwood, Missouri, to Santa Monica, California.
More than 120 cars took part, including two fielded by Hagerty. In the end, Howard and Doug Sharp were the overall winners in their 1916 Hudson Pikes Peak Hillclimber. Hagerty’s Jonathan Klinger and Davin Reckow finished 7th overall and 1st in Sportsman Class in their 1917 Peerless Green Dragon, while Great Race rookies Hannah and Karl Mikula finished 47th overall and 7th out of 40 in the Rookie Class.
