So Where Are You Going

Last month’s poll asked “What’s the best trip you have planned for the summer?” Many of you are going to some really neat places – and others, a little weird.

A few folks will be traveling wineries – in upstate New York and Northern California… even a winery in Missouri. Another popular street is Route 66. A couple rodders will be going on the Hot Rod Power Tour.

And still others will be spanning the country on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Yellowstone National Park and to Mystic, Conn.

One pollster honestly stated, “Down to the gas station to fill up the tank – that should about wipe my budget for travel this summer.”

And another anxiously awaits a trip to Bowling Green with his Vette Club to peruse the Corvette Museum.

The die-hard car event fans will take to the likes of the Run to the Pines Car Show in Pinetop, Ariz., the MG 2006 International Show in Gatlinburg, Tenn., Al Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle, Penn., and the Rocky Mountain Nationals in Pueblo,Colo.
