CRAIG FITZGERALD
is the Editor-in-Chief at BestRide.com, as well as a weekly contributor to the blog at CarTalk.com. He is the former editor at Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car, and over the last 20 years, his writing has appeared in Forbes, Esquire, the Boston Globe and the Washington Post. Craig’s 1979 Chevrolet Blazer is in the garage with a 1974 Honda CB450 and a 1965 Vespa Scooter. He makes his Hagerty debut in this issue with a feature on the big two-door SUVs of the 1970s and ’80s from Chevy, Ford and Dodge. Find it on page 50.

JEAN JENNINGS
is President and Editor-in-Chief of JeanKnowsCars.com. Her career in auto journalism began on the staff of Car and Driver in 1980, and in 1985 she helped found Automobile magazine, where she served as executive editor, editor-inchief and, in 2006, president. Her writing has been recognized with several awards, including the Ken Purdy Award for Excellence in Automotive Journalism. Jean is also a regular on-air contributor for various media outlets. Her recollections of memorable moments from the North American International Auto Show appear on page 38.

EVAN KLEIN
is a Los Angeles-based automotive photographer. His work has appeared on the covers of Motor Trend, Road & Track and Octane magazines, among others. Evan has always loved cars, especially classics. When he’s not shooting, you’ll find him with his head under the hood of his Alfa Spider or restoring his ’67 Alfa Giulia Super project. Shooting or fixing, he argues it’s good to love what you do. We’re happy to have him back in our pages, and in this issue, you’ll see his images of SUVs and dinosaurs on page 50 and vintage race cars in action on page 60.

KARL LUDVIGSEN
has held senior positions in the auto industry with Ford, GM and Fiat. At 22, he was the technical editor of Sports Cars Illustrated before becoming its editor and transforming it into Car and Driver. Karl later served Motor Trend as its East Coast editor. He is the author of more than 60 books, and his histories of the V-12 engine, Corvette, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz racing cars are considered the standard works on those subjects. For Hagerty he tells the story of Ford’s 1966 Le Mans victory with the GT40. Read it on page 44.
