Equipment
P B, no P S, AM FM radio, 4 speed, finned alloy wheels, side exhaust. Restored by Lecoq in Paris to good driver condition with Pirelli P6000 tires. Decent paint, interior and chrome. Appears to have been hit in the left front, coolant puddle on intake manifold. Engine numbers ET suffix indicates a Chevelle 396 325hp. Suffice to say this is not the origil engine, nor is there any assurance it was origilly a 435 tri power.
Market commentary
Or, for that matter, that the block actually displaces 7 liters. Items that usually are material to a Corvettes value like documentation, origil engine and condition seem to have been overlooked in this transaction as this is fully priced for an older correctly restored, origil engine, documented 427 435 coupe. Unsold by RM in Arizo in January at a reported bid of $50,000 and an estimate that was $10,000 higher than here.
