Two tops, tool kit. Restored in the early 90s and BMWs official entry in the 1992 MM Retro and Winter Marathon. Origil colors, which suit its style and grace perfectly. Shows its age, but has been carefully maintained and is beautiful. Silvano Cima Collection.
Market commentary
An over the top result, even in Euros, but such a tasteful and sympathetic example of the 507 its impossible to argue with the Moco bidders enthusiasm for it (unless a bidder thinks in US$ terms, in which case its something like a Hundred Large expensive.)
