Front disc brakes, Becker Mexico radio, luggage rack, factory hardtop, centerlock wheels. Repainted years ago during accident repairs but otherwise original even to the spare wheel, jack and white rubber floor mats. Odometer shows 89,889 km. Two owners from new and offered from the Panini Collection where it has been displayed since being acquired from the original owners. Well preserved throughout with one small tear in the drivers seat and some peeling interior trim chrome but far too good to be restored, just mechanically and electrically checked and refreshed.
Market commentary
This is a huge premium for originality and two owner history, even in Euros, for a 507. While the 3.2 liter V 8 is a gem, its performance never realized the designs promise and with 150 horsepower is anemic compared with its counterparts. The design, however, is brilliant, accounting for most of the 507s appeal. This car would have been adequately valued at RMs low estimate. This result is a 25% premium.
