Dodge teases 2019 Charger Hellcat with updated grille

On the heels of Dodge’s teaser for the upcoming 2019 Challenger Hellcat and its new dual-snorkel hood, we’ve been treated to a sneak-peek of the Charger Hellcat’s new grille. And while it looks like the overall horizontal shape and form will be familiar, front and center there are two updates.

First, the Hellcat’s screaming feline logo is now roaring out of the SRT logo on the grille, whereas the current Hellcat only features it on the front quarter panels. But on a more practical note, it looks like the Charger will get a new intake passage in the grille, much like the Challenger Hellcat currently features in its headlight.

Dodge promises more changes for both 2019 Hellcat models, which should tide Mopar fans over for a while until the Charger and Challenger are due for a full redesign in 2021.
