Bentley plans to tower over the opposition with Florida residences

Bentley

Bentley is joining its luxury car rivals in the real estate business. Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami will feature more than 200 apartments—each with access to a car lift and multi-car garage.

Bentley’s building is set to be the tallest residential tower on any U.S. beachfront, standing at 749 feet tall, and, thanks to a cylindrical design and massive floor-to-ceiling windows, every apartment will have clear views of the water. The homes will include private balconies, pools, and saunas and there’ll be a swanky restaurant, gym, and whisky bar on site as well.

Company boss Adrian Hallmark says the residences are “a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”

Bentley’s designers have worked with architects Sieger Suarez on the project for developers Dezer. Florida property developers have recently become obsessed with high-end auto brands, with Dezer previously building the Porsche Design Tower in Miami, and Aston Martin and Pininfarina also adding to the Florida skyline. So how do these rivals measure up?

Aston Martin

Aston Martin’s downtown Miami tower has 391 condominiums over 66 floors, including duplexes, penthouses and a triple penthouse. It has access to charging for EVs, a spa for residents, and super yacht marina facilities where you can park your Aston Martin submarine. At over 800 feet tall, it’s the highest of the auto towers.

Pininfarina

Florida has a pair of Pininfarina towers, one in South Miami and the other in Hallandale Beach. 1100 Millecento by Pininfarina is 42-stories tall and houses 382 apartments. There’s a clubhouse, spa, and a screening room among the amenities.

Porsche Design Tower

Porsche’s Miami Design Tower stands 649 feet tall with 60 floors housing 132 apartments. Three car elevators deliver residents’ cars to their own sky garages which can house between two and 11 cars. Every apartment also boasts an outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen (alongside an indoor one as well, we hope).
