Cops and… Collector Cars

OK, it was all fun on the road for this ’65 GTO. Why? The whole thing was staged.

This picture was taken prior to a cruise in Frostburg , Maryland . The 1965 GTO is mine, and the restored ‘66 Chevy Maryland State Police car was done by the Deputy Sheriff impersonating the State Trooper. We planned this scene months in advance. I thought it turned out very well. I used to be a Maryland State Trooper and can still recall this scenario back in 1966.
