Jacob Persing is a huge Chevy truck fan, so he was on top of the world when his stepfather surprised him with a beat-up 1977 Chevrolet Scottsdale C10. Only a few months later, however, the Michigan teenager was given the gut-wrenching news that he had cancer. Dreams of restoring the truck offered Jacob something to look forward to in the midst of his treatment. Watch as Make-A-Wish Michigan hands Jacob the keys for a second time, after businesses in Traverse City, Mich., joined forces to restore it.
