Photo Gallery: Relix Riot – Traditional Hot Rods, Customs and Motorcycles

Relix Riot celebrated its 7th year this August, brightening the grounds of the Gilmore Museum’s in Hickory Corners, Mich., with hundreds of hot rods featuring eye-catching custom paint jobs, bold whitewalls, and the shine of chrome — with the added character of a little rust in between. Those in search ofneon lights, billet wheels or modern megawatt stereos would be sorely disappointed, because this show is the place to go for a fix of good old-fashioned hot rods like they built in the 1940s, ‘50s and early 60s. Hagerty’s Tara Hurlin gives you a glimpse into the event.
