Housekeeping: Comments are broken, but not for long

Over the past week, I’ve gotten a lot of emails and messages that go something like this:

I can’t comment on Hagerty articles. Am I in trouble?

Don’t worry. You’re not in trouble. We are. The system that we use for comments on the articles is being revised and should be back up within the week. In the meantime, you can still go to community.hagerty.com and talk to other Hagerty readers as much as you like.

Needless to say, I’m a little frustrated about this. We rely on the community to keep us honest and in touch with what you want. Therefore, once comments come back, we’ll be giving out a few prizes and awards to the commenters who return.
