Market Summary: This model boat is very rare. The 36-footcruisers of the same configuration (produced through 1939) are more common.
Currently there are four other 35-foot Aft Cabin cruisers of this configuration on the market. Pricing ranges from $29,000 to $69,000 for a like vessel fully restored with original reconditioned motors.
The current market for any wood cruiser over 30 feet is rather fickle. Larger cruisers have seen the bottom fall out of the market in the last two years. But pre-war boats in the 30- to 40-foot range that have been very well maintained and have unique styling for that specific period (this model shows a very “art deco” design), will still command strong listing price. When you consider the overall condition and the unique styling for the era, we feel this is a great deal.
