Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Saab, the quirky Swedish car company, has well-known roots in the aircraft industry. The company's unique approach to car design resulted in vehicles that differed from the mainstream offerings and attracted a different group of customers. According to a survey, the largest group of Saab customers were doctors, followed by sales executives and aircraft industry employees, with amateur racing drivers coming in fourth. Saabs were designed with load paths to improve passenger safety, which was an advanced feature that other automakers later adopted. Saab also developed their cars in wind tunnels and introduced innovative turbo technology that made their cars not only efficient but also powerful. The Saab 900 brought all these ideas together, establishing the brand as exceptionally safe with a sporty edge.
