1986 Pontiac Fiero SE
Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
During the economic slowdown of the 1980s, Pontiac launched the Fiero - a mid-engine car that was originally designed to be an affordable coupe. However, the Fiero turned out to be much more than that. It could achieve an impressive 50 mpg on the highway with the right options, and could also accelerate from 0 to 60 mph as quickly as a Ferrari 308. The Fiero is GM's only mid-engine production car until the launch of the C8 generation of Corvette in 2020. Pontiac's marketing slogan "We Build Excitement" still holds true when you see this car's impressive styling and mid-engine V6 coupled with a manual transmission. It was the car that brought Pontiac back into the limelight as a fun and sporty brand.
