Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
First released in 1985 as a military-only vehicle (High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle - HMMWV), civilians would have to wait until 1992 when the first Hummer came off the production line. More than capable due to the strict requirements of the US military, this four-passenger go-anywhere vehicle was designed to ford rivers up to two and a half feet deep, bust through snow drifts, conquer the softest of sand dunes, and climb the highest mountains making this the true embodiment of a go-anywhere vehicle. The drive line is protected from unwanted encounters while conquering the world due to a network of tubes running the length of the truck preventing any obstacles from harming any of these critical components. This military pedigree adds up to create a vehicle unlike any other on the road from sheer size to its unrivaled capabilities, sure to make a statement wherever you arrive in it.
This car is part of the George Foreman Collection, which comprises over 50 cars from the 1930s through today, with a focus on American classics and late-model sports cars.
