Coyote-Powered 1967 Ford F-100
Description
Ford’s light-duty trucks boasted all-new styling for 1967, featuring a pronounced horizontal crease that bisected the bodywork, straight-edged wheel well openings, and a more intricate grille assembly. Dimensions increased, more engines became available, and trim levels expanded to include Standard Cab, Custom Cab, and Ranger. Additionally, this era of F-series continued the previous generation’s trend of becoming more car-like in equipment gaining optional power steering, power brakes, simulated vinyl roof, remotely controlled mirrors, AM/FM stereo, and factory air conditioning. Today, many of these pickups have been tastefully “retro-modded” with modern drivetrains and equipment to blend convenience with their coveted 1960’s styling.
