1929 Ford Model A Depot Hack
Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
With Ford making the decision to end production of their iconic Model T after eighteen years and more than 15,000,000 units sold, they would replace it with the even more versatile Model A which would offer a selection of body styles ready to serve almost every taste and purpose. In addition to a wide selection of passenger cars, the Model A chassis was also adapted to fit a variety of commercial applications from pickup trucks to people carriers such as the three-row Depot Hack which was commonly seen shuttling passengers from the train station to their final destination in the days before air travel. Considered by many to be the precursor to the station wagon, the Depot Hack would provide ample space needed for passengers and luggage while the robust “L-head” inline four-cylinder engine and standard set of driver controls was the perfect combination to take you whenever you needed to go. As an incredibly popular option for those interested in a classic, easy-to-use touring vehicle, the Ford Model A enjoys a devoted following that hosts a wide variety of events worldwide which is the perfect place to enjoy this rare Depot Hack variant.
