One-Owner 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible LT4 Six-Speed
Please note that a car cover and original Competition Yellow touch-up paint stick are included with the sale.
Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The fourth-generation C4 Corvette was developed with an emphasis on improved handling and braking, and as a result, was the first of its breed to use what GM termed “uniframe” construction. When equipped with the 330-horsepower LT4 V8 introduced in its final model year (1996), the C4 earned a reputation as a true performer and one of the best-balanced American sports cars of its time. Paired with a six-speed manual transmission, the much-improved small-block engine came standard in the Grand Sport package but could be optioned in any Corvette for an additional $1,450. Final-year C4 Corvettes remain the most highly sought-after due to their increased power and ongoing refinements including the arrival of OBD II in 1996.
