1995 Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe Undercarriage
Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Cadillac has always represented the pinnacle of the General Motors brand hierarchy, and during the 1990s, the Eldorado would represent Cadillac’s pinnacle. The Eldorado was the personal luxury car of choice for individuals looking for automotive individuality, with amenities abound, rivaling the full-sized DeVille. Along with a transversely mounted 4.9-liter Northstar V8 engine, the final generation of the Eldorado also received a special road-sensing suspension and traction control, plus a host of features including a passenger airbag, speed-sensitive power steering, and speed-sensitive suspension. Beginning in 1994, the Eldorado was offered in two variants, with the base Eldorado receiving a 270 horsepower Northstar engine, while the more advanced Eldorado Touring Coupe received a 295 horsepower version. The following model year saw the Eldorado receive renewed front and rear styling, as well as a five horsepower increase in Touring Coupe trim boosting output to 300 horsepower. The long list of standard and optional amenities made it the ideal choice of car for those wanting sporting luxury and continued the Cadillac tradition of being on the leading edge of automotive technology and living up to their slogan at the time, “Creating a Higher Standard.”
This car is part of the George Foreman Collection, which comprises over 50 cars from the 1930s through today, with a focus on American classics and late-model sports cars.

Bidders are encouraged to review the Additional Documents section of each lot for any recent mechanical service rendered to help return certain vehicles to running condition. Additionally, bidders should carefully review the photos of each lot in the collection, which may highlight the oxidation of metal components certain vehicles sustained as the result of a garage fire caused by a golf cart battery in March 2019. Although none of the vehicles sustained fire damage from the fire itself, the negative cosmetic effects of the corrosive soot vary greatly from vehicle to vehicle and can be observed in the photo galleries of each lot. All lots are sold as is, where is, and bidders are responsible for any desired diligence before placing a bid.
