Description
ElectraCraft, based in southern California’s Westlake Village, has been designing and building high-durability, low maintenance, environmentally-friendly electric leisure boats since 1975. ElectraCraft boats are easy to handle and are well suited for freshwater lakes, rivers, and saltwater harbors.
With a high-performance, variable-speed-control DC Motor that is powered by four heavy duty 12V batteries — plus one for accessories — and has a dual automatic charger system, this 1993 ElectraCraft Bay Cruiser 16 has a top speed of 4-6 knots. That’s not going to blow your hair back, but it provides a leisurely pace that ElectraCraft calls “The Ultimate Happy Hour.” That’s when life slows down and memories are made, with only the sound of the water lapping against the side of the 16-foot Bay Cruiser’s fiberglass hull. It's no wonder that ElectraCraft claims, “Five mph has never felt so good.”
