1992 GMC Sierra 1500 Sportside
Please note the mileage on the listing has been updated.
Description
The fourth-generation C/K model line, identified by the plate number GMT400, made its debut in April of 1987 for the 1988 model year. This model was produced for nearly 14 years and underwent multiple minor revisions throughout its production. In 1992, GM retired the R/V "Rounded Line" series, which had been in production for 18 years. The crew-cab pickups and full-size SUVs were moved to the GMT400 model line. The single-seat "Bonus Cab" was not carried over to the new model as the extended cab design had effectively taken over. As part of the changes, the trim levels were reduced to two, and the mid-level Chevrolet Scottsdale and GMC SLX were withdrawn.
