1977 Chevrolet Corvette
Description
Corvettes are built for adventure, and this one has seen its share. Assembled in April 1977, this four-speed Corvette was sold new in California, where manual transmission cars required an exemption from CARB regulations. There it would remain with its first two owners, where it participated in the 2000 Route 66 Reunion. It was purchased in 2012 by the current owner, and rather than ship it cross-country, they embarked on a journey from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, to its new home in the Atlanta area, taking Route 66 part of the way. Since then, this Corvette has had its original engine rebuilt and upgraded in 2018 at 82,057 miles by Tommy Goza Racing in Acworth, Georgia. Around that time the front and rear suspension was also upgraded to FE7 Gymkhana Suspension specs. While in Atlanta it was maintained by specialists American Corvette in Powder Springs, Georgia, and all receipts are provided. Though the original paint is aged, this lovingly maintained and well-documented three-owner 1977 Corvette is ready for your next adventure.
