Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Introduced in 1971, the Mercedes-Benz SL's third generation, the R107, marked a pivotal shift in the SL range, transforming it into a high-performance luxury roadster and making the leap to V8 engines. Initially offered with a 3.5-liter engine and later expanding to a 4.5-liter option in 1973, the R107 combined the open-air freedom of a roadster with the year-round practicality of a removable steel hardtop and folding soft top. Its classic Teutonic styling has allowed it to age gracefully, establishing the R107 as a beloved and versatile classic in the Mercedes-Benz lineup.
