1973 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Walk Around Video
Description
The Continental Mark IV, produced from 1972 to 1976 by Lincoln, exemplifies American luxury car design of the early 1970s. As the third generation of the Mark series, it built upon the Mark III's foundation, featuring a larger size and distinct styling while sharing its chassis with the Ford Thunderbird. Key design elements included hidden headlights, a prominent grille, and a spare tire trunk lid. Assembled at Ford's Wixom Assembly Plant alongside the Thunderbird and Lincoln Continental, the Mark IV primarily competed with the Cadillac Eldorado. For 1977, it was redesigned into the Continental Mark V, marking a new chapter in the Mark series' evolution.
