2011 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon Walk Around and Driving Video

Retro Motors Collection
Description
The 2008 debut of the angular, slab-sided Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon was immediately met with demand for a V-Series variant, joining the Coupe and Sedan as the CTS-V Sport Wagon in 2011. The Sport Wagon’s impressive performance figures – including 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds and the quarter-mile in 12.6 at 116 mph – were thanks in large part to its supercharged 6.2-liter ‘LSA’ V8 engine based on the ‘LS9’ from the Corvette ZR1. The Sport Wagon also shared its Magnetic Ride Control, Brembo brakes, 19-inch aluminum wheels, and a dual-airflow grille with its Coupe and Sedan siblings. Car and Driver struggled to find anything to dislike about the 556-horsepower, manual-transmission Wagon, writing in their test, “Cadillac fulfills our every fantasy with one car… it’ll be among the collector cars in 30 years.” So far that has proven to be the case, with manual-transmission CTS-V Sport Wagons continuing to be amongst the most desirable muscle cars of the past decade.
This car is part of the Retro Motors Collection, which comprises over 30 cars largely from the 1950s through today, with a focus on American muscle and high-powered European sports cars. View the full collection here.
