Description
First introduced in 1959, the 3000 established Austin Healey as a leading manufacturer of sports cars, with period automotive publications praising their outstanding roadability and numerous successes in international motor racing. The aerodynamic body features sleek styling that aided in a top speed exceeding 100 miles per hour. These vehicles are equipped with a folding soft top, retractable side windows, and optional 2+2 seating, with the luxuries of the time only adding the thrill and usability of this open sports car. Continually improved until the end of production in 1967, these popular "Big Healey" sports cars have remained beloved classics.
