1994 Land Rover Range Rover Classic Tdi
Description
A true motoring icon of the twentieth century, the Range Rover is still regarded as the benchmark for combining off-road capability with luxury and refinement. In particular, the Series 1 Range Rover, later rebadged as the ‘Classic,’ was one of the most successful new model launches in history when it went on sale in 1970. It remained the vehicle of choice for country gentlemen through four design iterations and nearly thirty years in production for its utilitarian nature and practical interior trimmings that were easily cleaned. Increasing levels of refinement in the 80s and 90s brought leather and wood touches, modern power-operated equipment, and new engines including the 300 Tdi. Only offered in 1994 and 1995, this diesel-powered Range Rover Classic is a rare sight in the United States made even more uncommon by its desirable five-speed manual transmission.
