51-Years Owned 1970 Ford Mustang Sportsroof
Description
Update: We experienced an issue near the closing time of this auction that caused users to not be able to login and bid. To ensure a fair auction process for all bidders, we have extended the auction, and it now ends on Monday, June 26, at 4:10pm EDT. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish all bidders good luck.
With a dramatically redesigned Mustang for the 1969 model year, Ford further refined the car for 1970. The four headlights were replaced with two seven-inch units housed in the broader grille, with stylized intakes taking the place of the previous outer lights. The nonfunctional intakes on the rear fenders of the Sportsroofs were removed, and the previously concave tail light panel was now flattened. The muscle car era was also beginning to come to an end, with this being the second and final year of the Boss 302 and the Boss 429. If performance specifications were not for you, a variety of other specifications were available to create the ideal Mustang for every buyer, and with numerous sources for custom upgrades, a truly individualized driving experience is possible - just like this one.
