1977 GMC K1500 1/2 Ton Walk Around and Start Up
Description
Completely overhauled from front to back, the all-new third-generation C/K trucks emerged in 1973 as GM’s longest-running series ever. Earning the nickname “Square Body” for its distinctive lack of curves, Chevrolet and GMC models were available in either a smooth fleet-side bed or a step-side one. Trim options were also plentiful, ranging from the Custom Deluxe/Sierra to the top-line Silverado/Sierra Classic. Today, many of these pickups have been tastefully “retro-modded” with modern drivetrains and equipment to blend convenience with their coveted boxy ‘70s styling.
