Description

Mercedes-Benz has had a tradition of utilizing its most potent V8 in unassuming cars since the introduction of the 300 SEL 6.3 in 1968. This tradition is alive and well today but in a completely new form - a station wagon, with the AMG-tuned bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 combined with the superb versatility only a wagon can offer. With AMG’s influence extending to other parts of the car, the tuned AIR BODY CONTROL suspension bestows the car with fantastic performance, more than a capable match for prodigious power creating one blisteringly fast family hauler. Able to match far more exotic offerings like the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R while hauling upwards of five passengers and their luggage, the E 63 S Wagon offers an ideal reprieve for those wanting a sporting family car rather than a performance SUV.

This car is part of the Retro Motors Collection, which comprises over 30 cars largely from the 1950s through today, with a focus on American muscle and high-powered European sports cars. View the full collection here.
