1972 Volvo 1800 ES Cold Start
Description
The Volvo 1800 ES combines the superb driving characteristics of the 1800 series sports coupes with the added practicality of a station wagon to create a supremely comfortable and functionally elegant sporting car. The thoughtfully designed cabin allows seating for up to four, with plenty of room in the cavernous, fully carpeted luggage compartment - an extraordinary feature for cars of this class. Adding to their appeal was a wide variety of standard features like a leather interior and options, from an automatic transmission to air conditioning. Today these cars are beloved for the rare combination of Italian Frua-inspired styling and wonderful Swedish practicality.
