2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Coupe 3LZ Retro Motors Collection
Description
With the mid-engined ‘C8’ Corvette on the horizon, the ‘C7’ Z06 returned for its final model year in 2019 – bookending nearly 66 years of front-engined sports car manufacturing in Bowling Green. It retained its 650-horsepower, supercharged ‘LT4’ V8 powerplant paired with either an eight-speed automatic or seven-speed manual transmission, as well as a coupe or convertible body. The Z06’s already impressive 2.95 second 0-60 time and 185 mph top speed could be further weaponized with a number of optional extras, including Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, improving braking performance while reducing unsprung weight. As the last of their breed, highly-optioned C7 Corvettes like the vehicle offered here have become highly sought after, with its seven-speed manual transmission well suited for further driving enjoyment.
This car is part of the Retro Motors Collection, which comprises over 30 cars largely from the 1950s through today, with a focus on American muscle and high-powered European sports cars. View the full collection here.
