240 DL Wagon Cold Start and Drive Video
The Volvo 200-series was introduced in autumn of 1974 and almost instantaneously cemented itself as a cult-classic. Beloved by commuters and car enthusiasts alike, the boxy, slab-sided 240 wagon won customers over with its populist and practical design, and later with its race-derived turbocharged power in the GLT Turbo. Nicknamed the ‘brick’ for its shape but also its incredibly robust build quality, the 200 Series is considered by many to be the most reliable car ever built. As a testament to that claim, this 1986 240 DL Wagon has covered a remarkable 556,828 kilometers. Please note that this 240 DL Wagon currently features a non-functioning odometer. While it isn't pristine, this 240 is a solid, honest example primed for modification or a sympathetic restoration.
