1955 MG TD Replica
Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The MG TC proved that American demand for English sports cars was strong - as long as they were tailored to our tastes. In just two short weeks, Syd Enever and Alec Hounslow created not only the new MG TD but one of the earliest post-war sports car icons. The new car was aimed squarely at the American market with left-hand drive and new rack and pinion steering. It was also wider, allowing for more room in the interior. Today, given the age and popularity of the car, these cars have become increasingly scarce to see, prompting replicas to be built to capture the fun-loving essence and style built into the original.
