Limited-edition coachbuilt Bentley Bacalar will debut at Geneva

At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, Bentley’s Mulliner special projects division will unveil the Bacalar, a Grand Tourer hand-built using sustainable and ethically-sourced materials. Details are sparse, but if you check out Bentley’s centenary concept, the wheelbase-king EXP 100 GT, it should give you a hint of where Mulliner could take Bentley’s production platform. The Bacalar could be an extension of that sleek, sumptuous body, meant for the same fans of exclusive—but eco-friendly—luxury.

This being Bentley and all, we’re expecting a massive power plant, possibly of the hybrid kind. From the release announcing the unveiling date, we can see a new dynamic wheel design, and the (very) short teaser video shows what appears to be a long tailback with an active spoiler into that picture.

The Bacalar will break cover on Tuesday, March 3 at 8:30 GMT.
